TaoMaxDavi Software offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for Full Version purchases, subject to the following terms and conditions in accordance with our End User License Agreement (EULA):

Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase with valid proof of purchase. Requests submitted after this 30-day period are strictly ineligible for a refund.

EU Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers resident in the European Union acknowledge that by explicitly consenting to the immediate commencement of performance (download/activation) at the point of purchase, they lose their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Eligibility & Limitations: The Licensor reserves the right to refuse any refund request at its sole and absolute discretion, particularly if:

• The request is based on alleged defects, shortcomings, or dissatisfactions that were reasonably verifiable or evident during the use of the available Trial Version prior to purchase.

• The Software has been modified, redistributed without authorization, or obtained through unauthorized channels.

• There are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of the EULA, including exceeding the permitted installation limit (maximum 3 devices) or abuse of the serial number.

How to Submit a Request: To submit a refund request, the Licensee must contact TaoMaxDavi Software exclusively through the official contact module available on the website (https://taomaxdavi.com). The message must include the original order number, valid proof of purchase, and a clear description of the reason for the request.

Processing Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed and returned via the original payment method within thirty (30) business days. Depending on your banking institution, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.
